It's still illegal, isn't it? You're getting music for free and the artists aren't getting paid.
It is called stealing. The artists & producers of all current music are supposed to get royalties from their intellectual copyright.
If the music wasn't overpriced to begin with, which is what caused the reaction of free downloads, then I might feel a little sympathy for the dying industry. They're still making a sick amount of money but are noticing now that with good music, as opposed to the crap for the past 10 years roughly, they can make more money.
