Assist Customer Service and Supervisor
- Arranges, schedules and priorities work to achieve objectives.
- Effective handling bills of lading & Delivery Order process to ensure all invoice are billed to client on time
- Perform receiving/dispatching of freight documentation as well as the system update in timely and accurate manner.
- Report, Record, complaints, Self-co-ordinate to customer service.
- To fulfill and handle documentation and letter of credit for customer requirement as basically.
- Executes the daily work schedule within the prescribed budget and in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Ensures effective communications with customer service, supervisors, other work functions, departments or external parties.
- Executes and records freight administrative activity and compliance in relation to company policies and procedures in term of finance, safety, quality and productivity.
- Monitors and records shipment activities.
- Perform duties in compliance with UTi's Performance Management Process (PMP) and client specific requirements.
- Superiors in a proactive and timely manner
- Coordinate with principal carrier about product situation and client requisition schedules
- Coordinate for Export or import shipments
- Comply with customs regulation & policy
