Hip Abduction
Adjust starting position so knees are together with pads outside knees.
NOTE
Recline back pad to encourage use of the gluteus medius.
Hip Adduction
Adjust starting position for a wide “V” position with pads inside knees.
MOVEMENT
Push against pads through a complete range of motion.
