• Employing the highest levels of integrity in dealing with Guests at all times.
• Practicing the Guest Service Standards consistently and to its highest level of excellence.
• Treating every guest request situation with utmost professionalism, urgency and empathy (where it applies)
• Consistently, act as an exemplary Brand ambassador by demonstrating exemplary behaviors towards Guests according to the respective Brand’s core values.
Criteria: Go the Extra Step
• Taking actions that build lasting emotional connections with and increase loyalty of Guests.
• Actively participating in Starwood Cares training & systems with the goal of finding innovative and better ways of doing things to exceed Guest expectations and needs.
• Going beyond the call of duty to deliver outstanding service experience to Guests.
