4 days ago I confirmed an import duty and VAT summary and asked if I could pay and your staff ( Chatchaya.Tanakosittakun@dhl.com) said wait - I asked again... very frustrating.
Just now your CM driver called and asked if we had paid 44,744 before he delivered of course not as your staff said to wait.
I tried to pay online now but your new bank does not accept real time payments.
Please advise can we pay online to be received in two business days or do I need to make a special trip to the bank and waste more than one hour of my time?
