The calibration model was developed for determination of conjugated
triene between 0.05 and 8.76 mmol L1 in frying oils using
PLS chemometric technique as shown in Fig. 2d. The excellent
results of R2, RMSEC, RMSEP and RMSECV at 0.999, 0.072, 0.735
and 0.271, respectively were obtained.
