First of all that please accept our apologies for UPS internal issue cause to make you decided to change to ship via your forwarder directly as previous reason explanation. Anyway, as last night, we got the conclusion from UPS brokerage team at JFK office who will handle destination process for this shipment which all of related docs were completed already as our information to K. Thanarat and K. Nongyao last night. Just only for waiting some details (booking confirmation which got it already, stuffing location and consolidation name) from Agility.
Now everything is ok and we also instructed our UPS JFK team for closely monitor for ISF, Import Customs clearance process and delivery to consignee in timely.
