Dear All Head of Management and Managers,
according to the communication from our Plant Management regarding to over time working of your White collar staff, in the name of administrative section, I would please to communicate you on transportation enquiry and arrangement as below.
For White Collar;
- the HOD/Managers must plan and assign in advance for your staff by having the Plant Management's approval, with signature of either DJ, or ZO (exceptional will be defined by Plant Management with evidence to show).
Then, transportation for over time working (either at 8 p.m. or 10 p.m.) will be arranged. If NOT, there are no transportation arrangement and support as we aligned to the information that come directly to you.
This communication is mainly effect to White collar staff and will be started on 8 December 2014, onwards until further notice. For your Blue collar staff (if any), will be processed as usual as under your consideration and approval. The transportation (and meal) enquiry for both White and Blue collars have to be submitted to administrative section/HR in advance or at least within 2 p.m. of the day.
