Hi Aphidet,
Wonderful day! My name is John, your dedicated iTunes Store Support Advisor. Thanks for contacting us.
After reading your email, I gathered that there are some charges you don’t recognize on your account. I know that you did not mean for this thing to happen and you simply want your money’s worth back. I want nothing more than to make your iTunes Store experience a great one and I’ll be happy to help you further in resolving this issue.
Aphidet, unrecognized charges can be attributed to purchases made by multiple users, delayed invoices, subscription renewals, and authorization holds. The following article explains how to identify these types of charges:

Be sure to review your purchase history with anyone who may have access to your Apple ID, your device, or your credit card to see if they remember making any purchases.
For instructions on how to view your iTunes Store purchase history, see this article:

If you’ve identified the purchaser of the charges but didn’t give them permission to make the purchases, let me know. You may be eligible for a refund as an exception.
If you can't identify the purchaser of the charges on your statement, let me know and I'll take immediate action.
Please note that we treat unintentional purchase differently from an unauthorized charge. Once you confirmed in your reply that the charge you have reported is unauthorized, we will disable your account and disallow the credit card used for this purchase from being used in the iTunes Store for security reasons.
If the charges on your debit or credit card statement aren’t listed in your iTunes purchase history, I’ll need you to contact the Account Security team. They are equipped to handle unauthorized purchases.

Thank you for being a valued customer. I wish you the best and sincerely hope that you will continue to enjoy shopping on the iTunes/Mac App Store. Sincerely,
