option 1. Ensure setting on internet option and Java as below.
**especially trusted site, uncheck the turn on Pop-up blocker , and Java security to be medium.
(Java version 6 all update cannot set Java security, please update to Java version 7 any update)
option 2. That is multiple Java Runtime Environment version or not?
If yes, remove until there is only one version.
option 3. Java Runtime Environment is running or not?
Go to www.java.com >> click link “Do I have Java?” >> click “Agree and Continue” button
If you cannot see anything or version of java then Java is not running.
Please try to reinstall Java and test java running with do option 4 until Java is able to run on PC/laptop.
option 4. Ask your IT to help you to access CitiDirect with Admin mode first, and then try to access CitiDirect with user mode again.
option 5. Reinstall Java same version.
Uninstall current Java version with delete folder after uninstall complete and reinstall Java again with the same version.
option 6. Downgrade Java version.
Uninstall current Java version with delete folder after uninstall complete and reinstall Java again with the older version.
For example, from Java7update55 to be Java7update51.
