Regarding our project “Interroll Global Employee Survey 2016”, as you have read in the first Project Newsletter, we are organizing the introduction conference call to the subsidiaries.
This call is useful to train on how to lead, organize and take care of the employee survey process at the local level and will be held in the form of a Lync conference.
As “Survey Coach”, me and Ms. Palmigiani, are in charge to visit your subsidiary. The conference call will last about 1 hour, including the time for eventual questions.
The participants should be: the General Manager, the HR manager (or Finance manager) and one or two employees of the HR dep. who in the future will follow the survey process at local level.
For the conference, I propose the following date:
- Monday 23 May 2016 at 15:30 hrs (your local time in Thailand – at 10:30 hrs our local time in Switzerland).

- Presentation of the project and
- Questionnaire (in English – please note that the final version of the survey will be provided also in Thai).
