I heard that there is a check on the appropriateness of staff dress esp Friday dress. I am not sure that there is any say much about it during Induction Process to all new staff. I would like to suggest to make it all to comply with the company conduct and to be more appropriateness for new staff and to update the existing staff of TICON. Lets do it in one times krab.
I think HR should announce the format for staff to dress from Monday to Friday so, everyone will be informed and comply to company code of conduct.
We should disclose to all to alert krab.
I encourage to make a disclosure officially. What do you think krab?
