If you are the operator it' s necessary to know the polite expression for asking
and answering the phone. We may follow step by step like this
- Greet and tell your name and your company name
- Ask for the caller business
- Tell the caller to wait while you are doing the business
- Offer the caller for the telephone message if the one the caller wants to speak with was not in at that moment.
- Fill the message in the telephone message form.

2. Ask for the caller's matter

3. Tell the caller to wait while you are doing the business
- Hold the line,please.
- Hold on, please .I'll put you through.
- Wait a minute,please.
- Hold on a minute,please.
4 Offer the caller for the telephone message.
