Qualifications:
•Male/Female, Age between 30-40 years old.
•Bachelor degree in any related fields.
•Successful track record in leading customer service team (3-5 years)
•Experience in Team Management to delivering Sales Target and Employee Satisfaction
•Understanding of the principles of customer service and customer behavior
•Strong coaching and leadership skills
•Good knowledge of contact center technology and operations
•Effective communication both verbal and written
•Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence and motivate people
•Demonstrated ability to manage own workload and effectively prioritize activities
•Ability to manage change effectively
•Proven ability to motivate and lead high performing teams to meet KPI’s and targets
•Demonstrated success as a team member and contribution to team goals
•Proficiency in general desktop orientation and particularly in Word and Excel
