Prepare, compile & dispatch documents, correspondence, reports, presentations or meeting minutes for efficient and effective communication.
Prepare performance and tracking reports to internal stakeholder and GSA representatives, and reports to management on weekly basis.
Supporting Sales & Marketing team in activities especially in administrative roles in the execution of promotional campaigns.
Handle calls, enquiries, appointments and emails to facilitate the requirements of the Area Manager for efficient & effective office operations / functions.
Organize and facilitate staff travel, visa processing, logistics and meeting agendas for both Headquarters and Area Manager office.
Develop, implement & maintain document management systems to ensure availability of up to date & accurate information.
Facilitate Orientation and Induction of new staff to ensure a clear understanding of the organization & ease of settling in.
Ensure availability of office supplies, staff uniforms, equipments & facilities for efficient and effective office operation / function.
Communicate with business partners, staff and other stake holders for effective PR and customer relations.
Reporting to Area Manager and supporting all the internal stakeholders and GSA representatives of APAC region.
