esponsible for sales growth for Silanes business in South East Asia Region
•Lead team to deliver on all sales, profitable growth, and new close commitments by establishing and driving behaviors, metrics and goals necessary for success
•Drive new business development in South East Asia region.
•Work with authorized distributors and direct accounts for orders and sales activities including market intelligence feedback.
•Work with end users to determine customer needs (CTQ) to propose the appropriate product and application fit.
•Work with Marketing team to provide the customers on site technical support.
•Work with Sales teams in other Business Units team to establish cross business synergies.
•Continuously update respective market demand to meet customers target lead time delivery schedule with Regional Demand Supply Specialist.
•Identify the business opportunities/risk and strategy
•Performance measure is upon Vol, SM, Rev, STNC, NPI, EBITDA
