Responsibilities:
• Responsible for document processing for import shipments of the assigned route
• Obtain arrival notice from Carrier and prepare arrival plan in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with carriers to obtain documents, arrange payment and follow up on any irregularities issued.
• Ensure proper file opening/closing/checking in FOS within the set timeframe.
• Verify and approve subcontractors/overseas invoices.
• Issue invoice on time and accurately.
• Send arrival notices to customers and notify them of payments due
• Administer accurate & complete file archiving.
• Ensure shipment tracking system is updated on time and accurately.
• Directly collect payment and issue receipt to customer or send related documents and invoice to Account dept (if required)
• Release D/O to customer (if required)
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Educational background & work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Preferably with working experience at a multinational freight forwarder
• Language skills: Good command both in English and THAI
• Computer skills: Able to operate on MS office applications
• Application and Documents handling skills
• Initiative, flexible, teamplayer
• Ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment
• Working area is Samutprakarn (Suvanabhumi Airport)
