4.0 SUBCONTRACTOR'S TEMPORARY FACILITIES
4.1 General
4.1.1 Subcontractor shall establish its own temporary office and integral welfare facilities (if required) in a location directed by Company on Site as described below. Subcontractor shall submit for Company’s approval the layout of the above and any other proposed storage and maintenance facilities.
4.1.2 Subcontractor shall supply, equipment and maintain throughout the duration of the Subcontract utilities, temporary offices, maintenance and storage areas, wash rooms, clocking stations and toilets for the use of all its staff, employees and visitors, other than as stated to be supplied by Company.
4.2 Temporary Work Areas
The temporary construction area, in which the Temporary Facilities are to be erected follow Company’s instruction on site.
