According to call center division received strong complaint from Customer name Khun Siwaluk Hongsrisuwan about abnormal noise from suspension system. She ever bring the vehicle to checked several time at Mitsu Bangkok 2009 ( Patumthani branch ) and ( Bangpakong branch) but after that she also found that noise again. Today , she demand Team technical to investigate & fix the problem as soon as possible. she will inform to Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB ). if we can't fix the problem.
she said, she doesn't have the confidence to use this vehicle and requesting MMTh to take responsibilities as she bought this vehicle from Mitsubishi's dealer.
Nowadays, she brought the vehicle into service at Mitsu Runghcaroen ( taladthai branch ) and contact us for consult about solution of this problem. Therefore, we contact to Khun Sunthorn Service manager of Mitsu Runghcaroen ( taladthai branch ) to suggest them contact to Tech line for consult in order to find solutions to help this customer but he refused to contact Tech Line. He argues that It causes waste of time and he rarely receive the help from Techline. He able to solve this problem and He was confident that this problem caused from production line Which he suggest us to notification and improvement,It would be better.
Therefore we would like to inform you, we didn't get the good cooperation between this dealer with us to assist our customer.
