While FE crew was installing 4G LTE equipment on PACPP communication tower, He tried to remove SRL from his safety harness then his hand hit with the hard hat causing hard hat drop from his head and fell to the drop protection and roll over to the sea
Immediate Actions Taken: 1. FE reported to FEOCC. 2. Replaced the hard hat type to be 4 secured point.
