Currently approximately 10 % of invoices is getting grieved in DMS and around 10 % in CBS while processing. Grieved invoices takes longer time for clearance hence there is a delay in payment.
This project would surface the defects at various instances in the end to end P2P process and introduce Quality Gate as appropriate.
