He outlined the need for programmes that would improve teacher quality, leadership quality as well as curriculum and assessment systems.
Malaysia, he said, would be more than willing to share its experience and offer its expertise in developing the framework.
He congratulated Indonesia for having outlined a comprehensive way to boost regional education collaboration in the policy brief titled "Towards Asean Single Window: Strengthening Our Education Collaboration".
"Our priorities demand that we focus on the systems, our community and our connectivity."

The Asean Single Window is the environment where the national single windows of member countries operate and integrate.
