According the result of gas occurring observation. We found gas in LSB(double) and LSB(single) that transferred from normal sample water and 10-1 dilution sample water, that show about in the food have some microorganism live in and they can produce gas. So, when we do steak plate technique, we found microorganism grow on EMA agar. We guess the microorganism is coliform, fecal coliform and E.coli
Salmonella and Shigella
Every plates had lots of colonies which different characteristic and media also changed color which can tell that there are something in changed process on plates. We guess it’s microorganism from our sample (chicken)
In Salmonella and Shigella analysis. When we streak germ on
On BSA agar, we found black colonies that are Salmonella and Shigella’s colonies
On MCA agar, we found pink colonies
On XLD agar, we found pink colonies, So we guess it is Shigella.
On SSA agar, we found black and pink colonies
On BGA agar, we not found colony
Staphylococcus aureus
In Staphylococcus aureus analysis. We found solid and precipitated plasma that make our hypothesis that there are microrganisms in sample food (raw pork) which use plasma for doing something. We guess that there are Staphylococcus aureus because Staphylococcus aureus can grow in animal. When we use sample food as raw chicken, we also can find this microorganism.
