The last step is to make the final interview arrangements and then communicate those arrangements to all participants. Aspecific time and location should be established. If possible, a quiet location should be chosen, to avoid interruptions. Each participant should know the objective of the meeting and, when appropriate, should have a chance to preview the questions or materials to be used. Interviews consume a substantial amount of time, and they can be made more efficient if each participant knows beforehand what is to be accomplished.
