The monitoring of 3Dprinter Filament Feeding Process using an acoustic Emission Sensor
A low-cost power supply and 3D-printed magnetic mounting were implemented to acquire effcient system in lower cost than commercial system. The signals were proceeded through LabView using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to perform frequency-domain analysis to distinguish properly workung machine form faulty machine.
A Low-Cost Microcontroller-Based Data Acquisition System for Acoustic Emission Sensor
This work proceses a data acquisition (DAQ) system that detects Acoustic Emission (AE) signals in the range of 1 kHz to 100 kHz, and transmits such AE signals to personal computer for further analyses. The proprsed system comprises two major components, Le. A variable gain preampifier and a STM32F4 microcontroller.
