My diet is not very healthy. In the morning, I don't eat a good breakfast because I get up very early. Sometimes I eat cereal, but I always drink coffee. I need a cup of real coffee in the morning. Usually I bring some fruit for school, and I have lunch in my house. During the day I drink a lot of water. In the afternoon I have snacks. For dinner, I cook some rice and vegetables, or chicken or make a salad. I don't use too much salt. I love to use garlic and onions when I prepare something. I love chocolate, pies, and other sweets, but I have learned to control my sweet tooth. Also, I drink three or four cups of coffee every day. I'm going to try to drink decaf in the afternoon and evening. I think that my diet is healthy, but I know I can eat better.
