• Handle customer enquiries on phone.
• Reservation and ticket issuing.
• Provision of incoming calls on service, enquiries and handling of problems/complaints etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, especially on telephone.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is require.
