Fig 2, B, shows the overall trajectory of the TSSs in M1
participants during the 4 study phases before stratifying them
according to their pollen or cockroach SPT sensitization status.
M1 participants were responsive to HDM challenge in both
ACC-I and ACC-II. Baseline instantaneous TSSs recorded before
the start of exposures 1 and 5 were lower than the reflective TSSs
recorded during the natural settings that immediately preceded
these exposures (ie, the run-in and observation periods,
respectively). As discussed previously,8 we attributed this lower
