Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined for
different concentrations of CS, CA, CS–CA nanogel as well as free and
CS–CA nanogel-encapsulated C. cyminum essential oils against fungal
growths of A. flavus. Twenty-four gram of potato dextrose broth
was dissolved in 1000 mL of distilled water, sterilized and was then
