Reference is made to the below message from MM Logistics,



1. Since the shipment has been consigned directly to MM Logistics Co., Ltd.,

the custom clearance can be made under their name as normal import shipment

then the duty tax approx THB 60,000.- is incurred.



2. Basis this, MM Logistics has asked us to pay/transfer the said amount of

import duty tax to their bank account asap in order that custom clearance

can be made soonest.



3. If not, you have to advise the vendor/supplier to amend/change the consignee

details to Salamander Energy in order that the custom clearance can be made under

their privilege.
