Any case which cannot be solved locally, and all cases that meet the PCC classification criteria,
must be escalated to the responsible Case Investigation and Resolution (CIR) team or equivalent
organization. This reporting must be done in English language using the Global Case
Management IT System.
Any information entered into the Global Case Management IT System in a local language must
be accompanied by an English translation. A single case must be created for each incident.
Authorization to enter inquiries, complaints and PCCs is granted by the Global Case
Management IT System administration group. Authorization requires documented confirmation
of local user(s) training in the process and system.
