It’s an approach where you take the requisite combination of skills: product management, graphic skills, all the programming skills, and put it together in a single small team, often no more than five or six people, and they focus on single project together . Studios . . . [allow] people to make the thousands of decisions that go into the creative process with a relatively tight feedback group. And frankly, we’re just copying the best of what we see in other software companies. It’s an approach that we adopted only a couple of years ago, at the impetus of the staff themselves.
