Every manager should have a specific task they want employees to perform which will all point at the bigger picture of the hotels mission. without a target there is no way to measure your success or know if you have attained such.
Set a target monthly or periodically and give a task to employees to reach that target. Delegate all tasks to every employee and not like telling them to make sure guests are happy without saying direct of how they will make the guests to enjoy their stay. you have to be very specific in delegating tasks so that the employees won't be confused altogether
