By the assumptions, the total population of human N_h 〖=S〗_h+E_h+I_h+R_h and the total vector population N_v=S_v+E_v+I_v . Initially, they presented the local asymptotical stability of both the disease free and endemic equilibrium points and also show the global asymptotical stability of the disease-free equilibrium points. Then, introducing three control variables by using Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle to derivenecessary conditions for the optimal control of disease. Finally, they presented various numerical simulations to demonstrate the system behavior.
