It is with great joy to learn that you have accepted Sara's Internship. Sara is of course very happy.
The first step would be to agree on when to do the Internship. Sara is "available" during week 7-14 (February 9 - April 3), 2015.
Please get back to me which weeks are the best for you and your sales team.
Have I understood correctly that it is 3 weeks that you have accepted and that 4 weeks was difficult for you?
I will also need according the below Quote from the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm a document inviting Sara for an internship.
"An original letter of invitation from the company and the inviter’ passport photocopy, showing all the detail of internship with the company in Thailand, working detail, period of stay, allowance or any kind of supporting for living cost from the company etc."
This is needed in order to obtain a Non-Immigrant "ED" internship Visa required for the period of the Internship.
What is mentioned above regarding "stay, allowance or any kind of supporting for living costs" is something that we will take care of.
I will after receiving your answer regarding the period of time contackt the School again to get their approval, a document that will also be submitted to the Royal Thai Embassy when applying for the Visa required.
As for the details of "what to do" at the Internship, there is an earlier suggestion from our side. However I am sure you have your own suggestions especially because of the normal work load you already have.
Lastly please give my best regards to Kojima san whom I met several years ago in Bangkok. I also think that Abe san who I think was the Factory Manager at that time was present too. If he is still with you please also give him my best regard.
Looking forward to hear from you when you have the time.
