This paper contains the results of a research work is to investigate the impact of organizational learning on human
resource development Payamenoor in Fars province to survey the results obtained, indicates that all components of
organizational learning - a shared vision (with a coefficient of determination 0.201), organizational culture (with a
coefficient of determination 0.260), work and team learning (with a coefficient of determination 0.202), knowledge
sharing (with a coefficient of determination 0.304), systems thinking (the coefficient of determination 0.261),
participative leadership (with a coefficient of determination 0.320) and competence development of employees
(with a coefficient of determination 0.478), the development of human resources in Fars province Payamenoor
effective.
