In this research, we proposed a method of disease
diagnosis, which consisted of disease screening step and
disease diagnosis step. The disease screening step,
according to the veterinarians' knowledge and experience
found that various diseases occur with different gender and
age range. For example, a milk fever occurs only in female
and only at breeding age range. The symptoms occurred can
be used to indicate the possible disease. Another important
factor is significant weight of symptom; each symptom has
significant weight for indicating the disease is not the same.
Disease-specific symptoms can be used to indicate the
disease better than general symptoms which are symptom of
several diseases. For example, the symptom (Pale mucous

has significant weight higher than High fever. In addition,
each symptom is important in identifying types of diseases
is not the same. For example, the symptom (# *

range and significant weight of symptom can be used to
screen the disease. In this step, we established the novel
model of knowledge representation for inference using
gender, age range and significant weight of symptom for
disease screening.
