I just wanted to re-affirm the purpose of this initial Skype call
The purpose of this first call is for me to understand the requirements and total use case scenario of your client. Once this is done, then the next step is to obviously arrange for a demonstration within an Adobe Connect room.
To help your client prepare for this call, it would be great if they could think of some numbers around their audience, hosts, frequency of their meetings / trainings and the functionality that is important to them.
If Skype is too hard for them to set up, I could set up an Audio Conference. Let me know what would be easiest.
