they were once lovers but broke up already.. scenes were a mix of the past memories and present time... even though they're separated they still friends on instagram and can still see the photo updates they post on it... She is still stuck in the past as oppose to HE had already moved on.. the dried purple flowers in her room are the same ones he gave her in the past.. she still has his gifts and photos there too.. HE bought flowers for most likely his current GF and they happen to bump into each other and things became awkward.. he didn't want to hurt her feelings so he hid the flowers... in the end she finally let go and put their memories away.. and posted a photo of her smiling with a msg and HE "liked" her pic on instagram... what i love about this concept is how they are showing that with the current social media nowadays with young people.. .even if a couple breaks up... they're ties had never really ended.. because if they did not unfriend each other on any of the social medias... they are still able to see what the other person is doing by the status updates hence they also know that the other person can still see them too... knowing this she takes picture of things in hopes of him seeing them, maybe even liking the picture or purposely letting him see what she's thinking or doing which makes this kind of sad... while he is just doing his normal updates, which she can also see but can or might get hurt from seeing them.. and in the end when she finally can let go and posted a happy msg about starting anew with a bright smile is when he finally "like" the picture and smiled because he happy for her..
