1. To formulate and execute HR strategy to achieve business objectives

3. Manages the annual performance evaluation process.
4. Focus on implementing HR strategy to support company/business strategy.
5. Provide HR advice and support to the business on strategic and operational HR issues.
6. Plan and handle all HR processes for the business, including, staff movement, manpower planning & information, and performance management.
