Can you please ask some one Senior from MUTO Thailand office to talk to consignee and pacify him that shipment will be arriving soon.
FYI, consignee is very very upset because of the delay and is calling Shipper and informed him that they will reject the cargo.
Shipper is said they will not support us for any business as they have been very upset because of delay.
Can you please get same handled from your side we too are chasing APL on same.
