• Handling of complaints and disputes in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide excellent service through telephone banking service and product to all customers of the Bank.
• Make x-sell activities to ensure a high-level service and a deep relationship between customer and Bank.
• Keep required customer and cooperate with other Unit such as Fraud Department/Sale Department/Retention Team/Reward Redeem Department/Team Leader/ etc. Follow up until customer meet satisfaction.
• Always offer the best reasonable and honesty information to customer’s Bank.
• Always update promotion information
• Follow up and reply back on customer need until the end. (End to End).
• Managing Average handling time, quality (collect information, Greeting & Ending), in the suitable time.
• Retrieve previous information of customer then analyze for service continuous as team work.
• To be an financial advisor (Calculate interests for Personal Loan, Loan with available own credit card/Cash card for long term/short term, Paylite, Promotion Cash back, Cash rebate etc).
