-THAI may refuse refund application is made later than 90 days after expiry of e-Tickets/EMDs for refundable e-Tickets/EMDs.
For credit card/Debit card payment
- After electronic ticket is issued, the itinerary receipt containing ticket number will be sent to your e-mail address. Thus, it is mandatory to check your electronic ticket status of your reservation record in your e-mail.
- You may also check your ticket status at Check your booking If the ticket is issued, ticket number will be advised in your reservation record.(Normally, it should not be later than 6 hours.)
