As part of our continous efforts to be fiscally prudent, I’d like to stop all INTERNAL Entertainment expenses within APAC region.
We should stop charging all entertainment expenses (e.g. lunches, dinners) with NEC Group employees to the company.
Special occasions such as training, conventions and intra company meetings should be treated carefully with consulting the head of CAs and CFO.
Please inform this to all relevant employees and implement with immediate effect.
