Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible effective communication programs.
Be responsible for updating and conducting company policy.
To coordinate with welfare committee for employee’ suggestion and arrange the meeting follow by law.
Building up good relationship in organization.
Analyze and report data and information from employees’ suggestion or complaints.
To follow the compliance of the company regulations matter.
Providing and implementing the employee activities and events.
Qualification:
Male / Female
Age 22-27 years old.
Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Laws, Psychology, Political Science or related fields.
0-3 years of experience in Employee Relations. (New graduated are welcomed)
Good command in English and computer literacy.
Service mind and Team work.
