1.) In wastewater treatment process
For physical treatment is for removing solid and large material after that the passive process will occur for example sedimentation and float up to the top [6]
1.1. Flow Equalization
Flow Equalization that we used to combine effluent to the tanks for adjust the velocity of water before go to send into downstream in waste water treatment processes.
1.2.) Screening
First screened to remove small stone, spent grains and plastic etc. that ocuur from production

1.3.) Grit Removal
Waste water will flow in grit chamber like stone , grit to settle at the bottom
1.4.) Gravity Sedimentation
In this steps wastewater still have organic and inorganic compound in solid (sediment). The suspended solids compose of small particles that can be removed from the wastewater with sedimentation process or chemical flocculation process.

2.) Chemical Treatment
chemical treatment process, flocculation and pH adjustment are most widely used of beer industry for remove colloid and toxic materials.
2.1) Flocculation process
Flocculation is use to reduce coagulant by stirring waste water Flocculation sedimentation occur when increases the particle size then settling rate will increase.
2.2) pH Adjustment
11

The pH of wastewater affects to the environment so low pH means this water becomes more acidity and a high pH means increasing basicity. The pH of sewage needs pH value between 6 and 9.So pH can adjust for wastewater treatment processe.
3.) Biological Treatment
After waste water pass through physical and chemical treatments process, the next step is addition the biological treatment. In biological treatment of wastewater, we use both processes that are aerobic process(need Oxygen) and anaerobic process(don’t need Oxygen), normally, aerobic process treatment has been used for wastewater treatment of beer industry and nowadays, anaerobic process have become an interesting option .
