2. Sybase Response time of P1 case within 2 hours
3. 4 nominates support contacts
4. Software maintenance releases bug fixes and minor features
5. Software enhancements releases, major features, and performance
6. Electronic Support Services including: 1.Technical Library 2.Electronic Case Management (ECM) 3.Electronic Software Distribution (ESD)
7. Sybase will only support the current version and the previous version of our product for 12 months after release of the current version
8. SSCI Support time is 8 office working hours from Monday through Friday (5 X 8 )(Local)
