Mountain Pose
1.Stand tall with feet together, shoulders relaxed, weight evenly distributed through your soles, arms at sides.
2.Take a deep breath and raise your hands overhead, palms facing each other with arms straight. Reach up toward the sky with your fingertips.
Tree Pose
1.Shift your weight over to the left foot, bringing the right knee to your chest. Circle the right foot a couple of times, steady your balance and then move into Tree Pose.
2.Place the sole of the foot to the inner calf or thigh, bringing the knee out to the side but keeping the hip in neutral.
3.Reach your arms over head and smile!
4.Balance for a few breaths, and then do the other side.
Standing Backbend
1.Inhale and reach your arms over head, opening the heart, lifting your gaze behind your fingertips.
2.Exhale and come back to your center.
