Finally we still have people saying, “Soda isn’t that bad, and I think this is stupid.” Go ahead. It will leach the calcium right out of your bones. If you drink one soda a day for the next year, you will have had 91,250 calories your body didn’t use for energy. That’s 26 pounds. I’m not saying drinking a little bit of soda is wrong, but when you drink soda that you don’t need to drink, you are wasting precious teeth enamel, calcium, and muscle.
What I have said to you does not mean you have to stop drinking soda completely, although that would be good, it means our society and age group needs to slow it down for a better tomorrow.
