thank you for you reply, under this conditions i'm not interessted to buy the house.
So i like to continue the rental but not under the conditions the house is right now, so there have a lot of things to be done.
- Actions against the Termites, includes changing all Door frames which are wooden and termites inside, also termites in the ceiling
- Aircons change (12 years old already)
- Repair on parts on the Roof and the Wood panels on 2 sides of the House
- Drainage is still a condition, some of the Toilets still can not easy drain the Water
- Water supply somewhere very low water pressure
- Tiles in the small Bathroom the cement in the gap's washed out
- Shower Cabin in the small Bathroom the Paint is peeling off
So all this i want to get fixed to get the house to the normal condition back what i paying rent for.
If no actions apear i need to secure my rights here in thailand what will mean i need to consult a lawyer to protect our right to continue staying here.
I did not bother you with all this for a long time, but i tell for a long long time about the problems with the termites (2007)even the kitchen had
to be changed but no further actions from your side to keep your investment in good condition.
So please Cherry inform your Boss that he have to do something about the House.
